Over 1,200 people are expected to attend.<\/p>\n<h3>Ad rates:<\/h3>\n<p>1\/8 page (3.7&#8243; wide x 2.5&#8243; high): $35<br \/>\n1\/4 page (3.7&#8243; wide x 5&#8243; high): $50<br \/>\n1\/2 page (7.5&#8243; wide x 5&#8243; high): $70<br \/>\nColumn (9.8&#8243; high x 3.7&#8243; wide): $70<br \/>\nFull-page (9.8&#8243; high x 7.5&#8243; wide): $90<br \/>\nInside cover (9.8&#8243; high x 7.5&#8243; wide): $150<\/p>\n<p>Camera-ready copy at 300 dpi in PDF, TIFF, or EPS format is preferred. Do not use JPG format since it is lossy and can have artifacting, especially\u00a0around text, which can make your ad look less professional. All ads will be\u00a0printed in black and white.
