LTUE 2026 Pitch Sessions
Online Registration for pitch sessions is now closed. You can still register for pitch sessions in person during the conference at the registration desk.
In person sign-ups cut off at 4 PM the day before each session. If you have questions reach out to Jenna at pitch@ltue.net.

- Pitch sessions will be held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the Provo Marriott Boardroom, Juniper, Oak and Canyon Conference rooms.
- Pitches Sessions are available only for registered LTUE attendees.
- An additional fee may be required depending on who you pitch with.

Thursday Pitch Sessions
Ten Minute Pitch Sessions starting at 4 pm and ending at 7 pm.
Juniper and Elm Conference Rooms
Go to the Eventzilla Registration page and find the pitch session time you want. Slots are limited and are on a first come first served basis.
Friday Pitch Sessions
Ten Minute Pitch Sessions starting at noon and ending at 3 pm.
Juniper and Oak Conference Rooms
Go to the Eventzilla Registration page and find the pitch session time you want. Slots are limited and are on a first come first served basis.
Saturday Pitch Sessions
Ten Minute Pitch Sessions starting at 8 am and ending at 2 pm.

Staci Olsen
Staci will be accepting pitches on Thursday.
Staci Olsen has been with Immortal Works for six years, serving as Production Manager and Acquisitions Editor. She has two of her own novels published, so she is very familiar with the angst of being in the submission trenches. She reads everything from manga to westerns, but fantasy will always be her favorite. Fantasy is also the hardest to impress her with. She is looking for all fiction genres from middle grade through adult.

Michelle Witte
Michelle will be accepting pitches on Thursday.
Michelle is literary agent with Mansion Street Literary Management specializing in children’s fiction and nonfiction. As an agent, her tastes vary widely, and she represents authors across the spectrum of children’s literature, from illustrated board and picture books to middle grade and young adult fiction and nonfiction. Michelle is always on the lookout for fascinating stories that are well told, especially those with a distinctive voice. She considers herself an international vagabond and travels the world whenever given the chance, but makes Utah her home.

Alan Smith
Alan will be accepting pitches on Thursday.
Allan is the Director of Sales and Marketing Roan & Weatherford Publishing. At LTUE, he’ll be looking for Young Adult pitches only in the following categories: Speculative fiction: Paranormal, If it creeps or passes through walls; Historic fiction and real events, lesser known history or an interesting spin; Blended Westerns, think zombies, paranormal, romance, contemporary; Anything YA, fantasy, contemporary, romance; Adult Fantasy and Horror.

Katie Ferriello
Katie will be accepting pitches on Friday.
Katie Ferriello is the newest literary agent to join the Mansion Street Literary Management team. Her focus is on romance/romantasy (adult and new adult) as well as children’s fiction (picture books through young adult). She particularly loves fantastical worldbuilding, emotive characters, and strong voices. Having worked as both an English teacher and a realtor, Katie is excited to use her editorial and contract negotiation skills to support authors throughout their careers.

Lindsay Flanagan
Linsay will be accepting pitches on Friday.
Lindsay is the co-publisher of Radiance and Mad Cat books at Roan & Weatherford Publishing. At LTUE, she’ll be looking for Young Adult pitches only in the following categories: Speculative fiction: fantasy (all kinds), sci-fi, paranormal; Historical (real and alternate); Horror (especially the Gothic); Romance and romantasy, love triangles of any type—especially told from a unique pov (the one that doesn’t get the girl/guy); Unconventional Westerns that blend in horror, fantasy, or other speculative elements; The villain’s story (think Heartless by Marissa Meyer).

Alexander Rob
Alexander will be accepting pitches on Friday.
Alexander Rob is the Editor in Chief at Immortal Works, and has been in the publishing world of eight years. He loves all fiction of any kind and is open to all genres, but he has a particular love for Fantasy, Science Fiction, Horror, Romance, and Historical Fiction, as long as its clean

Sabine Berlin
Sabine will be accepting pitches on Saturday.
Sabine is the co-publisher of Radiance and Mad Cat books at Roan & Weatherford Publishing. Amy Michelle Staker
Amy will be accepting pitches on Saturday.
Amy Michelle Staker is a publisher at Monster Ivy Publishing, a house that specializes in “edgy, clean” fiction. Give us your fiction with a dark or hard-hitting bite but at a PG-13 or less rating. She is also on the hunt for stories for Wondrous Inc., a new imprint of Monster Ivy specializing in “wondrous, magical” stories, stories that lift the soul and bring joy. She is on the lookout for a good vampire book, a dark thriller, a cozy fantasy – and anything else that fits the criteria.

Janay Thornton
Janay is accepting pitches on Thursday and Friday
Janay is the Executive Editor of Dragonbrae books at Roan & Weatherford Publishing. At LTUE she’ll be looking for pitches only in the following categories: Speculative fiction, Fantasy and Romantasy, Cyberpunk, Genre blends (sci-fi/horror, fantasy/literary fiction), and Magical Realism.
