Submission Deadline: February 5, or when all exhibition space is filled.
- Any copyright, licensing, and/or other legal concerns with fictional or non-fictional characters are the responsibility of the individual artist. By submitting art to the Life, the Universe, and Everything Art Show, you are stating that the work is your original, non-derivative work and that the work does not violate any copyright, licensing, and/or other domestic and/or international laws.
- Art work should relate to fantasy, science fiction, or the gaming industry. As a family-friendly show, please do not submit art pieces with the bared body parts used in the creation or nurturing of life. We reserve the right to reject any piece for any reason.
- All entries must be made through the LTUE Art Exhibition form that will be available in mid November. Be sure to submit before the deadlines.
LTUE AI Policy
LTUE strongly supports and promotes original human-created products that portray the vision, skill and effort of the creators.
Items sold in the Vendor room that include a mix of wholly-original (human-created) work and AI generated images, text or other AI assisted output must clearly disclose the relevant AI elements associated with each product.
For our Art Exhibit and Artist Alley we prohibit the display or sale of AI generated or traced artwork.
Photography and Filming of Art
No photography or video recording of any kind is permitted at the Art Show unless explicitly cleared by the artist and/or rights holder and Art Show staff. The artist or agent must be present or have indicated in writing that news media filming and photography is acceptable. LTUE limits the digital file size for display of art to assist in maintaining the copyrights of artists, and artists may choose what file size they wish to submit. Artists choosing to participate in the Virtual Art show do so at their own discretion. LTUE is not liable for any participant duplication or dissemination of works on display.
Publicity: The Artist permits photography, filming and other reproduction of their works for the promotion of the exhibition and sales that may include publication in any form of media for publicity purposes.
