International Film Festival Screenings (Friday – Free to the public)

The LTUE film festival receives submissions from all around the world. Screenings will include some of the best domestic and international science fiction, fantasy, and light horror short films we can find (from 1 minute to 15 or 20 minutes long)!

Marriott Canyon room (just down the hall from the book signing). The film festival runs from 7 to 9:45 pm on Friday, February 13, 2026.

The screenings are open to the public. Details (selected films) will be listed in the Film Festival page before the symposium begins.

Filmmakers – Submissions are closed for the 2026 festival.

Book Signing (Fri – Free to the public)

It’s LTUE’s traditional massive authorpalooza, the science fiction and fantasy autographing event of the year. The book signing will be held on the evening of Friday, February 13, 2026, in the Zion ballroom of the Provo Marriott.

This is the author signing to beat all author signings. Introduce yourself to your favorite authors and get your books signed. Bring your own books, and / or purchase select titles on-site. This is one event not to be missed!

Gala Banquet (Sat)

The 2026 LTUE Gala Banquet is a fully catered meal by the Marriott hotel. It’s full of great food, great company, and great entertainment. The Banquet will take place at 7:00pm on Saturday, February 14, in the Zion ballroom of the Provo Marriott Hotel. Watch for the name of the upcoming Toastmaster. Come join us in closing off the symposium at the LTUE Banquet. Gluten free and vegetarian options available on request.
