1/8 page (3.7″ wide x 2.5″ high): $40
1/4 page (3.7″ wide x 5″ high): $65
1/2 page (7.5″ wide x 5″ high): $80
Column (9.8″ high x 3.7″ wide): $80
Full-page (9.8″ high x 7.5″ wide): $125
Inside cover (9.8″ high x 7.5″ wide): $250 (grayscale) or $500 (full color)
Back Cover: (9.8″ high x 7.5″ wide): $800 full color

 

Camera-ready copy at 300 dpi in PDF, TIFF, or EPS format is preferred. Do not use JPG format since it is lossy and can have artifacting, especially around text, which can make your ad look less professional. All ads will be printed in black and white. If your ad is already in color, we can convert it.

  • Sponsorship displayed in a standard breakout room
  • Digital projection on large screen between sessions
  • Featured in LTUE Schedule app
