Vendor Room Application Rules

Please subscribe to our social media to be informed of when to apply for the 2023 symposium.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the LTUE vendor room! The symposium will run from Thursday Feb. 16th through Saturday Feb. 18th, 2023 at the Marriott Hotel and Convention Center in Provo, UT.
Set up will begin at 7pm on Wednesday Feb. 15th. Questions can be directed to: vendors@ltue.net

A few things to note:

Tables cost $175 each. They are reserved for the entire symposium. Tables are 8 ft. x 18 in. Ceilings are approx. 20 ft. The cost for each table includes 1 symposium membership.

 

Due to high demand not all applicants will be accepted. Some notes that might improve your chances:
Because of the volume of book selling applicants, authors with fewer than 10 titles for sale have a lower likelihood of being chosen. In this case, an author may want to either submit a joint application with other authors or submit titles for consignment sale and work at that booth. Contact vendors@ltue.net for more information about consignment.
Those that make art or handcrafted items should look into space in the Art Show or Artists’ Alley.
Other conventions and those doing informational booths should email the vendor coordinator about hall tables.

LTUE is a science fiction and fantasy symposium. We therefore give high priority to items related to those genres.

This is an all ages event. We do not accept graphic or sexual content.
